[Monitoring] For around 23 minutes this morning (approximately 4:37pm until 5pm UTC), the Admin Console was unavailable due to a service disruption with one of our providers. That disruption looks to be resolved, and our Admin Console is once again functioning normally. We will continue to keep a close eye on it, and will provide a more detailed update once we are satisfied that this has been completely remediated.

[Monitoring] For around 93 minutes this afternoon (approximately 9:14pm until 10:47pm UTC), the Admin Console was unavailable due to a service disruption with one of our external providers. The disruption has been resolved by the provider however we are continuing to monitor the situation. We will provide another update when we are satisfied that the provider is stable and we are happy with performance.

[Resolved] The issue has been resolved. We are satisfied with the external provider's stability at this point and normal Admin Console functionality has been restored as of 10:47pm UTC

[Identified] We are experiencing an issue that is preventing customers from setting up or renewing MDM certificates. We are working towards a resolution.
